PANELIST BIOS:
Tina Keller is the Manager of Data Services, Information Management (IT) at SRP (Salt River Project) – a utility that provides water and power to the Valley. Tina has been working in the data field for some time in various roles throughout her career as systems analysis and design, business analysis, project management, program management, quality assurance and software development at software companies such as: Microsoft, tech startups, healthcare industry such as BCBS, CVS and McKesson, financial, higher education and industrial organizations. As the Manager of Data Services at SRP, Tina has built a data management team from the ground up with a focus on data service capabilities to offer the business to enable data management/data governance adherence/implementation. She supports a team of 24+ data analysts who provide data cataloging, data quality and data modeling services (20+ services) to support the business areas in managing SRPs data. Tina is serving as the VP of Outreach for the DAMA Phoenix Chapter. She also is an Ambassador at SRP with EPRI for data collaboratives, presents/shares at EPRI conferences in audiences with Enterprise Architects and Management, is the Leader of Collibra Utilities Community Group and was nominated in 2025 by WLDA (World Leaders in Data and Al) for 3 awards – Woman Data Leader of the Year, Rising Star in Data and Al and Data Leader of the Year.

Deron Hook is a certified data management professional who is passionate about people, data, and formulating strategies that utilize both to their highest potential. He is currently a Solutions Consultant at Atlan and has experience creating foundational data governance programs at various companies in the financial services industry. In his current role, he is providing product advisory and consulting on data governance strategies and best practices, helping large enterprise customers at various industries efficiently implement data and AI management programs to achieve consistent and substantial business value.Deron is a recognized data leader, has served on various boards, and was a Chief Data Officer (CDO) summer school graduate by Carruthers & Jackson. He received his MBA with a concentration in data analytics from Purdue University and is also a proud Brigham Young University graduate. He and his wife have five children and live in Phoenix, Arizona.

Raji Dasari is a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) and executive with 25 years of experience in enterprise architecture, software engineering, and data management. Throughout her career, she has driven high-impact digital transformations across the healthcare, financial services and government sectors, holding leadership roles at McKesson, CSAA, and BCBSAZ. Her portfolio includes building strategic products for NASA and LANL, chairing a national blockchain coalition, and leading a healthcare startup collaboration that resulted in a 10X exit. She is deeply committed to building internal talent pipelines and strengthening professional networks through mentorship and educational programming.
As VP of Education for DAMA Phoenix, Raji leads the chapter’s educational strategy and professional development initiatives. She is responsible for planning, coordinating and promoting learning opportunities—including workshops, webinars, and CDMP certification study groups—as well as fostering partnerships with academic and professional institutions.
Raji holds a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from the ASU’s W.P. Carey School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Andhra University.

Jeremiah Willett is the Associate Manager of Data Engineering at Data Principles, where he helps organizations turn complex data into clear, actionable insights through innovative business intelligence solutions. With experience across SQL, Qlik Sense, Power BI, data integration, data modeling, and project management, he is passionate about empowering organizations to make data-driven decisions. Jeremiah has worked across a range of industries, including government, finance, hospitality, and utilities, bringing a versatile perspective to every data challenge. He also serves as the Vice President of Finance for DAMA Phoenix and holds a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) credential.
