The DAMA Phoenix Board of Directors is comprised of dedicated volunteers and industry leaders committed to advancing the data management profession within the Arizona tech community. Our officers bring a wealth of experience across data governance, architecture, and analytics to ensure our members have access to world-class resources and networking opportunities. Below, you can get to know the individuals who steer our chapter’s mission, manage our local initiatives, and work tirelessly to advocate for best practices as defined by the DAMA International community.
Deron Hook
President

Deron Hook is a certified data management professional who is passionate about people, data, and formulating strategies that utilize both to their highest potential. He is currently the Director of Data Governance and Management at American Express and has experience creating foundational data governance programs at various companies in the financial services industry. In his current role, he is building out the data governance team in the Global Merchant and Network Services business unit at American Express using foundational initiatives such as metadata management, data stewardship, and data quality management.
Deron is a recognized data leader, has served on various boards, and was a Chief Data Officer (CDO) summer school graduate by Carruthers & Jackson. He received his MBA with a concentration in data analytics from Purdue University and is also a proud Brigham Young University graduate. He and his wife have five children and live in Phoenix, Arizona.
Samantha Gladd

Samantha is a technology and data professional with a strong background in Technology Services and Business Transformation. She previously worked at TEKsystems, where she served as an Enterprise Applications, Data Analytics & Insights Account Manager, partnering with financial and insurance organizations to deliver strategic technology solutions, talent services, and data-driven initiatives that accelerated business growth and improved ROI.
Today, Samantha brings that consulting and partnership experience to her role at Sprouts Farmers Market as a Data IT Coordinator, where she supports data operations, system coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and enable smarter business decisions across the organization.
Jeremiah Willett

Jeremiah Willett is the Associate Manager of Data Engineering at Data Principles, where he helps organizations turn complex data into clear, actionable insights through innovative business intelligence solutions.
With experience across SQL, Qlik Sense, Power BI, data integration, data modeling, and project management, he is passionate about empowering organizations to make data-driven decisions. Jeremiah has worked across a range of industries—including government, finance, hospitality, and utilities—bringing a versatile perspective to every data challenge.
He also serves as the Vice President of Finance for DAMA Phoenix and holds a Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) credential.
Aakriti Agrawal

Aakriti is a data and financial services professional who supports internal departments at American Express a publicly traded Fortune 100 company, in managing data effectively and strategically. She is also the author of Data Governance Change Management, a book that explores the intersection of organizational behavior, leadership, and data governance practices. A self-taught computer programmer, Aakriti volunteers with multiple nonprofits on the weekends, leveraging her experience as the founder of Girls Code Lincoln, a grassroots organization in Nebraska dedicated to empowering girls through technology education. She is currently launching her second nonprofit, The Nonprofiting Org, which provides resources and guidance to support nonprofit founders. Aakriti is also an active speaker at conferences and events on topics such as data governance, change management, entrepreneurship, and nonprofit development. Passionate about using her expertise to drive meaningful community impact, her interests include data, technology, insurance, financial services, enterprise risk management, front-end development, and minority education.
Senh Luu

Senh has 15 years of experience in the data engineering and data management space. He started his career in data analysis and reporting as well as ETL and later worked in other areas of data management and architecture.
Dr. Anna Osman
Associate Vice President of Messaging

Dr. Osman is a strategic product leader with a doctorate in Data Analytics, excelling at the intersection of business and technology. Her expertise lies in guiding products from concept to launch by aligning cross-functional teams, business objectives, and user experience. A passionate advocate for both the product and the customer, Dr. Osman is recognized for driving vision, innovation, and execution at scale.
Outside of work, Dr. Osman enjoys exploring the local Arizona coffee scene. Always in pursuit of the perfect cup, she uses the Arizona Coffee Shop Directory website to discover and experience the best shops each week.
Tina Keller

Tina Keller is the Manager of Data Services, Information Management (IT) at SRP (Salt River Project) – a utility that provides water and power to the community. Tina has been working in the data field for some time in various roles throughout her career as systems analysis and design, business analysis, project management, quality assurance and software development at software companies such as: Microsoft, healthcare industry such as BCBS, CVS and McKesson, financial, higher education and industrial organizations. She earned her BA in Business Management and Accounting at Concordia University Chicago and achieved an Master of Information System Management and a Graduate Certificate in Project
Management at Keller Graduate School of Management. ( As the Manager of Data Services, Tina has built a data management team from the ground up with a focus on data service capabilities to offer the business to enable data management/data governance adherence/implementation. She supports a team of 24+ data analysts who provide data cataloging, data
quality and data modeling services (20+ services) to support the business areas in managing SRPs data. Tina is serving as the VP of Outreach for the DAMA Phoenix Chapter. She also is an Ambassador at SRP with EPRI for data collaboratives, presents/shares at EPRI conferences in audiences with Enterprise Architects and Management, is the Leader of Collibra Utilities Community Group and was nominated in 2025 by WLDA (World Leaders in Data and Al) for 3 awards – Woman Data Leader of the Year, Rising Star in Data and Al and
Leader of the Year.
